About me

I am a former soldier and a proud father. From the army I not only learned discipline, but also teamwork - the belief that when we work together, we can do more than we can alone.

For me, training is not just about the weights. It's about people, relationships, and an environment where we support and push each other forward. Every client has their own story, goals, and reality outside the gym - and that's what I work with.
