How is it all going?
1. Contact me
At the bottom of this page you will find a form where you can enter your first name, last name and email. Write to me what exactly you need, how I can help you, or just ask anything you are interested in. I will be happy to answer you!
2. Book a free introductory lesson
Once you contact me, we will schedule an introductory session, which is completely free. This first step will help us find out how we can work together to achieve your goals.
3. Introduction and analysis
During the initial session, we will sit down and chat. I am interested in learning as much information about you as possible – your health, any injuries, goals, work schedule, lifestyle, needs, time available, diet, sleep and other important aspects.
4. Body and movement diagnostics
The introductory class also includes a diagnosis of your body and musculoskeletal system. I want to have a clear idea of what assumptions and possible limitations we are working with so that we can create an effective plan.
5. Cooperation proposal
Within a week of your initial session, I will send you feedback on the diagnosis and a suggestion for where our collaboration could go. This plan will be tailored to your needs and goals.
6. Purchase a training package
Once we agree on a plan, I will ask you to purchase a pre-agreed number of training hours. These hours will be credited to your user account, from where you can conveniently manage them.
7. We start training
Then all you need to do is book the date and time of your first training session, and we can start working on your health and fitness!
